1. How do I book a Coach?  What do I need?

Our experienced sales team are on hand to help yo every step of the way in booking the right vehicle for you at the most competitive price.

Once you have decided where your going.. when your going..how many of you are going.. and when your coming back.. give us a call for the best price..!!

 

2. Once you are happy with our quotation, our booking system will request a small deposit to secure the vehicle for you. You will then recieve a 'Confirmation of Hire' document either by post or email.  This sheet will have all your hire details on it, ie collection times, point of departure and destination.

This document is your proof of what you have been quoted for and paid for.  This will ensure there is no confusion on the day of hire.

 

3.  How do I pay for my Coach?

Most groups we carry we have done for a long time, existing customers are invoiced and they pay on the day of travel.  New customers are asked to leave a deposit on booking with the balance to pay seven days before the date of travel.

Payment can be made easily by Cash, Cheque, Paypal or by most other Credit/Debit Cards over the phone.

 

4.  What happens then?

 Your Coach/Bus/Minicoach will turn up to the agreed place at the time stated on your confirmation.  Your driver will introduce himself / herself and do their best to make sure you enjoy your day!!

We do however respectfully request that you adhere to the times you have booked on your confirmation as drivers are legally bound to adhere to lawful drivers hours legislation.  If you would like advice on drivers hours before booking please ask our sales staff for help.

Our vehicles are sometimes not always requested to stay and may go off elsewhere during the duration of your activity to other jobs/transfers, especially on race days etc.  In these cases we do ask the driver and the lead organiser exchanges mobile numbers as a precaution.
